:recycle: further autocomplete refactors (#778) 

Further iterations on the new autocomplete.

1. Created `AccountAutocomplete`
2. Started using new autocomplete in `GenericInput` (used for notes
field)
3. Extracted common functionality between the three new autocompletes to
a generic component: `Autocomplete`
