added animation for the line in projects.html, need to change the line to make it look better with tracing and change the current image placeholders and hide the scrollbar

added project html implementation for scrolling similar to other html pages, added project text, need to still add images

added cards at the bottom of the page with redirect links, added zoom animations after clicking on each card and created appropriate redirect for projects, still have to add data in projects page. Also need to add redirect links for the other cards
